FAQ
What if I live outside the U.S.?
I'm currently only shipping to the US, Canada and Australia. I'm not able to ship to the elsewhere due to tax laws that I don't fully comprehend and give me a lot of stress. I hope to be able to sometime in the future. I'm sorry for any inconvenience! My etsy has shipping available to Canada and the United States: (lisaveeee.etsy.com)
Shipping Estimation
Once I have shipped your order, I'm no longer responsible for handling so please understand it's out of my control to fix. Please contact your local post office for assisstance. Also a reminder to consider these time frames for when your item was shipped:
United states: 3-5 days
Canada : 4-18 days
Australia: 1-4 weeks
Large prints are put into a clear sleeve and rolled, then put into a tuck box, roughly 13" long.
This has been the safest way to keep large prints undamaged during shipping.
I ordered stickers and would like to add tracking:
sure! as long as your order is exclusively stickers, you can add tracking. lisaveeee.bigcartel.com/product/sticker-shipping
If your order includes other items besides stickers, adding tracking isn't necessary.
